Short SGA meeting had a lot to say

All clubs approved by Council except for Kiteboarding

David Matulewicz, Student Government Association President, held a less than 15-minute SGA meeting this Tuesday, Oct. 20.

The agenda read: Committee reports, Board reports and general announcements.

During the President’s report, Matulewicz announced, “all the clubs that we approved through the Student Government have been approved by the President’s Advisory Council, so they are now officially clubs, with the exception of the Kiteboarding Club.”



Harley dealer revs up for ‘Hog Rally’

As 4,000 Harley Davidson motorcycles are expected to flood the streets of St. Augustine this month, many small businesses might miss a big economic opportunity.

Allen Good, owner of Harley Davidson of St. Augustine, does not think the city embraced the upcoming Hog Rally as well as they should have.


YiTrinity pushes local music scene to higher level

Director of YiTrinity Ray Eme had one mission in mind when he took office: provide St. Augustine with a place to start a music scene. Eme is a Flagler junior who became director December 2008.

YiTrinity is located at Trinity Church on the corner of St. George and King streets. The organization is a ‘music venue with a message.’
