In recent years, the Flagler College Men’s Basketball team has faced off against high-caliber, Division I competition at the start of each new season. This year, the Saints took on Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) contender Florida State University in an exhibition game.
The Flagler College men’s basketball team will travel northwest Monday to open the 2013-14 season at Florida State University in an exhibition game. The game will be played at the Donald L. Tucker Center in Tallahassee, Fla.

The Flagler College men’s basketball team is one win away of making their first playoffs since joining the Peach Belt Conference in 2009.
This Saturday, Mar. 2, the Saints will play Augusta State at 3:30 p.m., at the Flagler Gymnasium for a chance to play in the Peach Belt Tournament.

Last season, Flagler College Saints Men’s basketball player Matt Clark expected that he wouldn’t get much playing time since he was a freshman.
“I initially felt that I was going to be the 6th or 7th man and come off the bench and be a three point threat,” Clark said.
