Men’s and women’s tennis struggle against Lynn Univ.

Fourth-ranked Lynn University lost only one point in a men’s tennis match against Flagler College on Feb. 15 at the McCusker Sport Complex at Lynn. Lynn remains unbeaten through three matches while Flagler fell to 1-2.
Harry Snoxell (Bradenton, Fla./Bradenton Prep Academy) was the only Saint able to come away with a 7-6, 6-3 victory over Alex Voirin at No. 3 singles.

The Fightnig Knights won the remaining singles flights in straight sets and swept all three doubles flights.
Flagler hosts Florida Tech on Feb. 20 at 2:30 p.m. at the Flagler Tennis Center, and will travel to Palm Beach Atlantic on Feb. 28.

The fourth-ranked Lynn University Fighting Knights rolled to a 9-0 win over 35th-ranked Flagler College in a non-conference women’s tennis match on the same day, also at the McCusker Sports Complex. Lynn improved to 4-0 while Flagler fell to 0-3.

The 13th-ranked doubles team of Magdalena Eckert and Katerina Jiskrova held off Flagler’s Chelsi de Cuba (Fort Pierce, Fla./Vero Beach HS) and Chelsea Taylor (Bradenton, Fla./Bradenton Prep Academy) 8-6 at No. 1 doubles.
Lynn won all the singles flights in straight sets.

Flagler took on the University of Tampa on Feb 18, and will travel to Palm Beach Atlantic on Feb. 28.
