Spring is in the air and so is great music.
The Suwannee Springfest’s four days of music and camping begins March 24 and runs through March 27. The festival will be held at the Southeast’s most beautiful venue, the Suwannee Music Park in Live Oak, Fla.
The Suwannee Music Park is on 580 acres of wooded land drenched in Spanish moss and rests along the banks of the Suwannee River. Activities to enhance the festival experience include camping, hiking, canoe trips, a craft village, disc golf and even a honey bee observation exhibit.
Headlining names include the Avett Brothers, David Grisman Sextet, Jess McReynolds, Donna the Buffalo and also performing is Saint Augustine’s very own Amy Hendrickson and the Prime Directive.
This is the 15th annual Suwannee Springfest and should provide for a wonderful musical experience.
