‘Romper Round’

The romper/jumpsuit is back and hotter than ever. This trend was everywhere on the catwalk and is not about to leave the fashion scene. This style began last year but has been a major trend this year in the fashion world.

If you have not heard of the romper trend, it is a one-piece that may be short or long and have different tops including sleeveless, tube top and halter.

This spring and summer you cannot go wrong with having at least one of these super cute styles in your closet. This look can go from an adorable day look to a sexy night on the town outfit.

Jumpsuits and rompers come in many styles and can be a fabulous change from the little black dress. The best part about this trend is that all body types can wear it. There are loose fitting jumpsuits, form-fitting ones, short, long, lean, sporty and printed looks. Be sure to choose the one that best fits your body. Stay away from the MC Hammer pants and the ones that look like a potato sack, those are not flattering.

For a daytime look, pair the romper with a cute pair of gladiator sandals and bright jewelry to add a sunny feel to your outfit. Since the romper has a lot of detail, there is no need to add a lot of embellishment.

For a nighttime look, vamping up this trend is a cinch. Switch your shoes to a wedge or cute high-heeled sandal and you are good to go. Include a few fun pieces of jewelry, like a cocktail ring, to add a little va-va-voom to your outfit.

The basic colors are black, grey, and white but this season things have been spiced up to include bold bright colors like blues and pinks, jean material and prints.
