Oftentimes, starting college means moving away from home.
Sometimes it’s only a few hours away, sometimes across the state, and sometimes across the country. Once you get into the groove of things, you’re bombarded with balancing studying, going to class, having social life, and somewhere in between, making money. With everything going on, a nine to five job likely won’t work with that schedule.
Flagler College senior Gabrielle Simmons found herself in this position when she moved to St. Augustine from her home in Rhode Island. In a new city with no job and a crazy schedule, she decided she had to get creative to make some money.
