Classic Blends hosts student art exhibit and CD release

On March 7, Classic Blends will host an art exhibit during the downtown St. Augustine Art Walk for local students and rising photographers, Jill Borenstein and Rachael Yaeger.

The exhibit will showcase an artistic blend of matted, framed and stretched-to-canvas photography. The unique pieces feature buildings, landscapes and other elements found in nature.

The pieces portray the combination of Borenstein’s and Yaeger’s ideas and experiences through a lighthearted photography display.

The show features more than 20 pieces ranging in price from $15 for matted and framed photographs to $100 for stretched canvas.

The event will also feature a CD-release party for Sunny Boy Music. The release will celebrate the first mix tape collaboration between Sunny Boy Music Inc. and Bean Dip Clothing.

“Waste Not” notebooks and bar wallets as well as handmade jewelry from local artists will also be on sale at the event.

All photographs and other items will be available for purchase throughout March.
