#Whyismypaychecklessthisweek was a trending topic last month on Twitter, when every working person in America became aware of the 2013 changes in taxing after receiving their first paycheck of the year. The payroll-tax holiday expired January 1, 2013, raising worker’s share of the Social Security tax from 4.2 percent to 6.2 percent.

The St. Augustine fire of 1895 is brought to life by the new discovery of watercolor paintings by artist Edwin Augustus Moore. Until recently, his paintings were hidden in his New England Home, according to Flagler history professor Tracy Upchurch.
It’s not every day that you meet a resident assistant as engaging and kind-hearted as Pamela Santamaria. From the moment I stepped onto campus last fall, Pam has been there to make me feel right at home. But I quickly noticed that her bubbly demeanor and positive influence stretch far beyond her RA duties. This girl is doing big things at Flagler.

Calling the Flagler College weight room overcrowded is an understatement.
Athletes, non-athletes and faculty share the weight room facility. The gym has been updated in the past five years, yet the issue comes down to size. It is not ideal for so many people to be training, and safety is starting to become a concern.
