Bachelor Bid to benefit new group

This year’s proceeds from the 18th Annual Phi Alpha Omega Bachelor Bid will be donated to the Jessica A. Kaufman Memorial Fund.

The organization was set up to honor the memory of Kaufman who was one of the Flagler students killed in a November 2005 car accident. The fund provides need-based scholarships to students.

There will be a booth set up in the breezeway on Jan. 30 and 31 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. for any men who would like to participate in the bid.

The bid will take place on Feb. 8, at 8:30 p.m. in the Dining Hall. Admission is $2 per person.
