The day for love is right around the corner. Come prepared for your gals or significant other this Valentine’s Day with fun activities planned here in the oldest city in the United States, St. Augustine.
Here are 5 events happening leading up to February 14th, that you can do with your favorite valentines.
1. Picnic on the Beach
Grab takeout from your favorite restaurant or some snacks from the store. A blanket and maybe some fun juice (if you’re of age) and your friends and spend a couple hours enjoying the atmosphere and eachothers company. A picnic is a perfect way to eat outside, do something new and have a relaxed evening.
2. Go Thrifting
Head to your favorite thrift store and pick out outfits for your partner or friends to wear for the night. These outfits can either be silly or chic and cute. This is a great way to get out of the house and possibly have a few laughs or make new memories to start the day.
3. Hillarys Pizza Galentine’s Day Party
Grab a heart-shaped pizza, get fairy hair and mingle at Hillary’s Chicago Pizza on February 13th. This is a perfect way for you and the girls to meet new people, feel pretty and eat some good food to celebrate Galentines. Hillary’s is located right off of US-1.
4. Galentine’s Candle Making and Lunch
Candlemaker Denise Darrrow will work with you to make a candle of love. Graze Craze has charcuterie boards for you and the girls as well. This is an amazing time to try something new with your friends and have a memento from your Valentine’s together. Candle-making will take place on February 13th from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Learn to make fresh pasta with your valentine and enjoy your amazing creations over dinner after the class concludes. This class is a perfect way to learn a new skill while also getting to spend time with your favorite person. Legacy Ale Works is holding this intimate group experience on February 14th at 6:30 p.m.
