Being connected to mind, body and soul is what makes Flagler College junior, Daisy Pflaum drawn to surfing. Even a potentially life-threatening injury won’t keep her out of the water. After a surfing accident left her with a fracture in her neck, Daisy has been engulfed in pain and agony, but she still insists on surfing with her broken neck.
