As Dow Advantage account manager for The Gargoyle, Ryan Pando developed a comprehensive plan designed to meet the publication’s six overall goals. This plan was implemented over a one-year period.
- Serve as a hub for community information, not just campus source
- Complete a successful campaign to increase awareness and readership
- Surpass number of unique visits to the site from last semester: 33,000 Unique Visitors (1/1â€ 8/5/ 2010)
- Increase time spent on site: 1:26 (1/1â€ 8/5/2010)
- Bring in communication students from other tracks
- Maintain loyal readership
