Strategic Plan: Flagler College Gargoyle

This strategic plan was selected as a finalist for the Gargoyle’s 2011 Anthology.

As Dow Advantage account manager for The Gargoyle, Ryan Pando developed a comprehensive plan designed to meet the publication’s six overall goals. This plan was implemented over a one-year period.


  • Serve as a hub for community information, not just campus source
  • Complete a successful campaign to increase awareness and readership
  • Surpass number of unique visits to the site from last semester: 33,000 Unique Visitors (1/1‐ 8/5/ 2010)
  • Increase time spent on site: 1:26 (1/1‐ 8/5/2010)
  • Bring in communication students from other tracks
  • Maintain loyal readership
