COM department will move to FEC

Flagler College’s communication department will be relocating to the newly purchased Florida East Coast Industries headquarters on Malaga Street.

According to Dr. Tracy Halcomb, chair of the Communication Department, this will greatly increase their physical capabillities.
President William T. Abare Jr. said the the department would recieve two floors of the FEC buildings.

Along with this move, the communication department is looking into expanding their curriculumn. Halcomb is waiting on final approval to learn what the facility will look like.
