And if that person(s) has a gun you want us to just call the police? Yeah, I don’t think so, I’d rather shoot them first. Or lets say I’m getting pummeled by someone the likes of trayvon martin while im on the phone with the police? You want me to just roll with the punches and not defend myself?

You completely neglected to get another side on this issue and focused solely on how stand your ground is bad. There are a good number of cases that prove that stand your ground works.
