2012 Wanee Music Festival Preview

This years Wanee Music Festival will be held from April 19-21 at the Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park in Live Oak, Fla. The lineup for wanee features The Allman Brothers Band, Further, Tedeschi Trucks Band, Gov’t Mule, Buddy Guy, Mickey hart Band, Hot Tuna Electric, Leftover Salmon, EOTO, SOJA, Conspirator, Ivan Neville’s Dumpstaphunk, Particle, Zach Deputy and many more.

Wanee music fest was founded by members of The Allman Brothers band and has been running since 2005. Last years wanee was one of the biggest festivals ever held at the Suwannee music park bringing in more than 20,000 festival goers.

    The possibility of me attending decreases more and more when I know this photographer will be there. He has been nothing but rude to my other photographers and I in the press pit— waving a press pass around like he owns the place. A true narcissist and a bitter one at that.

    Not to mention that this article is full of editorial errors. “This year’s”, “Spirit of Suwannee”, Wanee isn’t capitalized in the second sentence, the web address is wrong… I could go on. Do the writers just publish whatever they want? Where is your editor?
