Depression. The word itself has this impenetrable weight to it. Depression is something that happens to you, but we don’t look at it that way do we?

The Flagler College men’s soccer team suffered a tough, 2-1 loss Saturday night when they played Lander.
The game began with a promising start as Flagler had a couple of early chances that would have given them a two-goal lead. In the first few minutes, Pol Berenguer played a ball from mid-field to Zach Shanahan who beat a lone defender with a great move to the outside. I have a painting hanging up in my bedroom that I found in the trash about ten years ago. People are always surprised to hear that when I tell them because it’s a great painting. Why anyone would have wanted to trash this thing is beyond me. It’s a nice painting and it beats decorating your house with the same Target prints and black light posters your friends have.
