It is only a matter of time before this is illegal on the federal level.

This stuff is more dangerous than marijuana itself.

I think the main issue is kids are finding it easier to buy this and parents are seeing less stigma associated with it as it isn’t “really marijuana” right?

In most states it is already a felony crime to sell an imitation drug, i guess without advertising it as such the store owners can claim innocence?

Without getting into a debate on the morality of this action I’ll say here in MA it’s been an issue since the backed down on the laws. What most thought wouldn’t be a bad thing is become one. Good move on the part of the school.

Great article and I think it’s wonderful that Flagler is trying to keep marijuana and syntetic forms off campus. I hope the rest of the country illegalizes it as well.

Great article considering the topic.

California voters just yesterday rejected Proposition 19 the ballot initiative that would have legalized marijuana under state law. Likewise, there should be no provision for synthetic marijuana use in the state of Florida or any other state.

Hows that for keeping it clean!
