After winning their last two matches, the Flagler women’s volleyball team is ranked No. 2 according to the most resent NCAA Division II Southeast Region poll.
Leading the Peach Belt Conference with an 8-1 record, the Saints have been going strong and have won nine-out-of-their-last-11 matches.
Head coach Taylor Mott said the team has put itself into a good position and hopes to keep improving throughout the remainder of the season.
“It is a great feeling to be ranked No. 2,” she said. “We need to stay focused and not take any opponents lightly.”
The Saints next two games will be away. They take on Florida Tech, Tuesday, Oct. 26 and USC Aiken Friday, Oct. 29.
