Flagler SIFE events and more

The team is so excited and so honored about moving on to nationals in Minneapolis. The end of school is rapidly approaching; we will soon be able to work on SIFE all the time! We have a two week “break” between our last week of class and nationals and we are excited to get working.
The Lets Can Hunger (LCH) initiative has collected 687 cans which we turned in at regionals. This last weekend, the 10th and 11th, our LCH Wall was on display at the St. Augustine Art Association Spring Festival collecting money and canned donations. Flagler SIFE raised over 600 dollars which we used to purchase cans. Through all of our events and fundraisers, we donated a total of 3,042 cans to the St. Francis to help with urgent hunger relief.
The Cardboard Campout was a great success! Thanks to everyone who donated money and slept on the West Lawn with us. To see photos and video of the event go here.
