One big flaw is that at the end of the argument you say "It seems like the conservatives are going to get their wish." If you didn't know this already- conservatives really do not like Obama. They did not vote for him. Putting this little point in here is completely irrelevant because it's not like the conservatives are fond of him. They did appreciate it when he shut down Guatanamo Bay.
