Flagler celebrates 40th anniversary

Flagler College will celebrate the 40th anniversary of the college during the week of March 23 through 27. The title of the celebration is “Founded on history, focused on the future.”
On Monday, there will be a birthday party for Flagler with cake in the Ringhaver Student Center at 3 p.m. Tuesday’s events will include the horror film, “Night of the Living Dead” at 8 p.m. on the West Lawn.
The college has also produced a time capsule, which will be sealed on Wednesday, March 25 in the student center at noon.
Thursday’s activities will include a costume contest and a “Roll-Back of Bistro prices.” The week will conclude with a dance party celebrating the various decades held in the student center at 9 p.m. For more information visit www.flagler.edu/40th.
